1.Start the program Shine Video Cutter for Mac
2.Click "Add File " or "Add Folder" button, Select the files that you want to convert in the dialog box that opens, and load it. The information of the loaded files shows in the list, such as file name, time etc..
3.Select output format, select one or more files in the list, click Profile drop-down button, select an output format for selected files in the drop down list that opens.
4. Set output folder, click Browse button in setting panel, select a destination folder in the dialog box that opens, and click OK.
5. After preview, click "B" and "E" button to set the star time and end time for cutting video files

They will produce a file with better quality but you must be sure that those settings can also work with your phone.

A:If you only want to get the best quality, we recommend MP4 AVC format, which is in H.264 video codec. But the output size would be larger than others. Actually, MP4 format will be more proper in the file size and quality.
